# K4-Technology

K4-Technology is the international advisory practice of KIV-Technology d.o.o., Belgrade, Serbia (Tax ID / PIB 113538693).

## What the company does

K4-Technology provides independent decision support for gas-to-power, cogeneration and industrial energy projects. Its services include rapid project screening, feasibility and CAPEX/OPEX modelling, supplier-offer review, due diligence of new and pre-owned gas gensets, owner's engineering, local-contractor evaluation and technical review for investors and lenders.

The usual international delivery model is client-side advisory. The client contracts a qualified local execution contractor directly; K4-Technology defines requirements, compares bids and verifies delivery. K4-Technology is independent of engine manufacturers and project contractors.

## Experience

Igor Shibanov has participated in delivering about 40 MW of gas-engine generation across his career with different companies. About 25 MW of that was delivered through his own company, represented on the website as the K4 engineering group track record of 16 gas-engine power plants. The distinction between personal career experience and own-company delivery is intentional.
